Help refugee youth navigate their new communities as a mentor! Mentors will help their mentees with professional development, academic guidance, and civic engagement.
Amdist CDC advisement to limit person-to-person contact, we are suspending in-person mentoring but continuing with virtual mentoring by phone, FaceTime, and zoom. Now is a great time to join the team! We can process your paperwork remotely and offer resources and training to work with your mentee. Participants in the program are still attending online classes, completing college applications, seeking new and creative ideas for employment, and more. Mentoring is critical now and always for our program participants. Thank you for considering joining the Mentoring Youth in Virginia team.
